How much commission will I earn?

There is no public one-size-fits-all rate. We agree the percentage with each approved partner before activation, and later rate changes never rewrite past orders.

Does a traveller pay more through my link?

No. Affiliate attribution does not raise the customer price. A partner may have an approved promotion, but discounts are validated separately by Alaveno at checkout.

When does an order count?

After payment is confirmed and the eSIM is prepared successfully. Failed, abandoned or refunded orders do not remain payable commission.

Is there a partner dashboard?

Not yet. The first programme is operated directly by Alaveno so the accounting and support process stays reliable. A self-service portal will only be added when real usage justifies it.

Your exact commercial terms are agreed before your referral code is activated. These product rules stay the same across the programme.

Commission applies to eligible first eSIM orders, not later top-ups.
The order must be paid and the eSIM prepared successfully before commission is recorded.
Customer discounts reduce the commissionable subtotal; tax and payment fees are excluded.
A refunded order reverses its commission instead of leaving an inaccurate balance.
Pending earnings roll forward until the agreed hold and payout threshold are met.
