Terms of service

You must provide an email address you can access and check that the selected phone supports eSIM and is not carrier locked. Your order is accepted when payment is approved and the order confirmation is issued.

Prices are charged in the currency selected at checkout. We do not convert a completed order later.

Coverage, data, validity, hotspot availability and activation timing are specific to the purchased plan. Local operators control signal, speed and network availability.

Do not share installation credentials. Once installed, do not delete an eSIM unless support tells you to; many profiles cannot be installed twice.

Use the service lawfully and for personal travel connectivity. Do not resell, interfere with networks, abuse promotions or use the service in a way that harms others.

Contact us promptly if your eSIM is not delivered, cannot be installed or does not connect. Do not buy the same plan again while an earlier payment result is unknown.

Nothing in these terms removes consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded. Our responsibility is limited only where the applicable law permits it.
