How it works

From choosing data to landing connected

Four clear steps, with your phone and the plan’s start rule checked before money changes hands.

  1. 01

    Choose coverage and a plan

    Search a country, region or global option. Compare data, validity, hotspot use, start timing and the full price before paying.

  2. 02

    Check the exact phone

    Choose the phone you are taking and confirm it supports eSIM and is unlocked. Known-incompatible phones cannot continue to payment.

  3. 03

    Install when the plan says it is safe

    When the eSIM is ready, use the one-tap link, scan the QR from another screen or enter the manual details. The order page and email keep the same instructions.

  4. 04

    Connect after landing

    Turn on the Alaveno line, select it for mobile data and enable roaming for that line. The plan follows the start rule shown before checkout.

If it does not connect

Almost always one of two settings

An eSIM that installs but shows no data is usually waiting on a setting rather than on the network. When an installed eSIM stays unused, Alaveno surfaces the guide for your exact device, so you are not searching for it at an airport.

  1. Data Roaming is off for the travel line

    Roaming has to be on for the Alaveno line itself, not for your usual SIM. Your home number can stay switched on for calls.

  2. Mobile data still points at your usual SIM

    A dual-SIM phone can show the Alaveno line as active while continuing to use your home SIM for data. Mobile data has to be set to the travel line.

  3. Still nothing? Send it to us

    Send the eSIM and the last step you completed. Do not delete the eSIM and do not buy the same plan again — many profiles cannot be installed a second time.
