Getting started

Check your phone before buying

Confirm eSIM support and make sure your phone is not carrier locked.

Two things have to be true

Your exact phone model and regional variant must support eSIM, and the phone must be unlocked for use with another network.

A model being listed as compatible does not prove that a carrier-supplied version is unlocked.

Check on the phone

Look for Add eSIM or Add Cellular Plan in mobile-network settings. If the option is missing, check the model number with the manufacturer or ask your carrier whether the phone is locked.
